Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the bill purchased must be handled directly between the User and the telecom provider.

For availing or using the said service of payment of any bill or premium, the User undertakes to provide complete, correct, and all the requisite information for making the payment. Failure to provide complete or correct information will entitle GROWTHONICS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED to reject the transaction and suspend or terminate the User's account for any future operations.
